RESERVATION
The apartment will be booked when we receive the signed contracts, the broker fees(*) and the deposits.
The owner may want to know your exact arrival time so you can be greeted when you arrive at the apartment.
* creny charges a reservation fee only when we have found the apartment you agree to rent. This fee is a percentage of the rent and varies according to the length of rental. It is payable when you sign the contract.
