It is understood and agreed that if the undersigned rents, sublets, obtains, or lives in any of the apartments
at any of the buildings listed below, whether directly or indirectly, from the owner, then, in that event, a broker’s
commission of a sum equal to 15% of the first annual rent (see below for other length of stay) shall be due and owning to
CRENY,INC. The commission is payable at the time the offer is accepted and all the
customers listed above are jointly and severally obligated. Commission may be paid in cash or cash equivalent, certified
check, or money order. In the event that you or anyone acting on your behalf, purchase a property to which CRENY, has introduced you, you will pay CRENY a sale commission equal to 6% of the selling
property at the time of the closing unless that sales commission is paid to CRENY by the seller of the property.
1 year rental 15% of the yearly rental
6 to 12 months rental 15% of the period rental
4 to 6 months rental 1 month rent
3 months rental 75% of 1 month rent
2 months rental 50% of 1 month rent
1 month rental 35% of 1 month rent
In the event that the undersigned leases an apartment in a building shown to him or her by CRENY in circumvention of this agreement, CRENY shall be entitled to 25% of the first annual rent as
liquidated damages for breaking the above agreement. If legal action has to be taken to collect the above-stated commission,
or any balance thereof, then the undersigned shall be liable for CRENY’s attorney’s fee in addition to the
commission due. Any claims that you may have arising from the services provided to you by CRENY shall be limited to the amount of the brokerage commission paid and shall not exceed that amount.
